Great hotel breakfast with lots of options. Usually you taste the scrambled eggs and you wonder how they took all the taste out of it and made it grainy. Not the case here! They had big Texas waffles that my kids loved. The location was right on main Street which is all giant trucks including some big rigs. It got my mom anxiety a bit, but our room was safely away from the traffic and it was close to everything. My only complaint is the bathroom. It had a barn door that wouldn't stay closed and you had to walk through the bathroom to get to the front door. Also, the sink wasn't separate so it was a little difficult for a family of 4.

Downtown Bandera Texas you will find a modern Best Western Hotel. Very clean location. Great employees. Two bars attached. One bar and grill has late night food. Ask for a card at the front desk for livery service around town.

We celebrated my grandson’s 1st birthday in the conference room at Best Western Bandera Suites & Saloon, and it was absolutely wonderful! The room is spacious but feels cozy and welcoming—perfect for both big parties and smaller get-togethers. They offered free water and coffee, and having a bar right in the hotel was a fun bonus for the adults. The staff set up the tables and chairs just how we wanted, and the mix of round and long tables worked great for food, gifts, and photos. There’s also a large smart TV that’s great for slideshows or meetings. I also heard they offer group room discounts for weddings or events. Highly recommend this space for any kind of event in Bandera—flexible, well-equipped, and very welcoming!

The Best Western is the only hotel in town. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a good breakfast buffet. The room rate is a lot for this hotel; but, as I said before, it is the only hotel in Bandera. The rooms are clean and include coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge. The negative is that the beds were not super comfortable, and if you have long hair, forget about a good washing. The water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.

We stayed one night for business. Our only morning, Pamela Lee was our breakfast hostess. She was incredibly great - so helpful, nice, friendly, warm, +++. The breakfast was good, too. They actually FRY the tater tots and have a nice cheese sauce to go with them! While we were eating breakfast, we observed a young man who was manning the desk. He was busy doing all sorts of little jobs. He always greeted the guests and seemed to jump in to help whenever needed. He was very cheerful and pleasant! People today talk about a lack of good customer service. . .you won't find that here! They either know how to hire the right people or they do a great job of training - perhaps both! Oh, our check-in girl was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful - wish I'd gotten her name! We'd certainly stay here again! Oh, the room was very clean and the beds were comfy with soft sheets. Thanks, Best Western, Bandera, TX!
